On Tuesday, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo signed a bill into law allowing pregnant women using the state’s health exchange to qualify for health insurance at any time. The law specifically applies for those women enrolling in health plans through the New York State of Health marketplace, set up through the Affordable Care Act.
