Aimed Alliance joined over forty advocacy organizations representing health care consumers and providers jointly submitted a letter on the Employee Retirement and Income Security Act (ERISA) to the House of Representative Committee on Education and the Workforce. The letter responded to Chairwoman Foxx’s request for information on ERISA and health insurance coverage. In the letter, advocacy organizations expressed concerns regarding the use of alternative funding programs by ERISA plans and the impact these programs have on employees. Read the letter here.
