On November 7, Ohio voters rejected by nearly 80 percent a ballot proposal called the Ohio Drug Price Relief Act. The proposal would have required state agencies to pay no more for drugs than the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which receives a 24 percent discount on manufacturers’ average drug prices.
