Aimed Alliance Submits Comment on Senate Finance Drug Pricing RFI

Aimed Alliance’s comment emphasizes that improving affordability requires more than simply lowering drug prices—it also requires addressing patients’ out-of-pocket costs, insurance barriers, and access to needed therapies. Among its recommendations, Aimed Alliance urged for stronger protections for patients with rare diseases, an annual Medicare Part B cost-sharing cap, and greater transparency around coverage denials and appeals.
