Aimed Alliance is pleased to share two new resources on prescription drug affordability boards (PDABs). PDABs are established at the state level and aim to combat the escalating costs of prescription drugs. Due to the diverse approaches taken by different states, Aimed Alliance has updated our 2024 resources to inform advocates and stakeholders on the variety of reforms that occurred in 2025. These resources include: (1) 2025 Enacted PDAB Legislation; and (2) 2025 Enacted Related Drug Pricing Legislation.
