On January 31, 2023, Aimed Alliance submitted a comment to the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) on the 2024 Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters.
Our comment supported expanding essential community providers to include mental health and substance use disorder providers, and expanding support for door-to-door health insurance enrollment navigators. In addition, we called on CMS and HHS to take immediate action to help lower health care costs for consumers by prohibiting copay accumulators. Read our comment here.
