On October 9, 2019, Aimed Alliance, a non-profit organization that works to protect and enhance the rights of consumers and providers, submitted a petition for rulemaking to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury (collectively, the Departments) to ask the agencies to take immediate action to protect patients from copay accumulator adjustment policies.
