Aimed Alliance Calls for PBM Reform in West Virginia

On March 19, Aimed Alliance sent a letter to West Virginia legislature urging the House Committee on Health and Human Resources to assess the potential consequences of House Bill 2831, which proposes the establishment of a prescription drug affordability board in West Virginia. The letter urged the Committee to consider alternatives such as pharmacy benefit manager (PBMs) reform to enhance transparency and direct improve consumer affordability. Read the letter here.
