Aimed Alliance is proud to announce that The Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy has published a legal article entitled Applying Lessons from the Opioid Abuse Epidemic to Protect Consumers from Gray Market Biologics, co-authored by Director of Public Policy, Stacey L. Worthy. The article discusses how health care groups, physicians, and pharmacists can avoid liability relating to the gray market for biologics. It also makes regulatory and enforcement recommendations for policymakers by drawing parallels from the successes in reducing opioid abuse. An electronic copy is forthcoming in the near future.
